NAME CHANGES POLICY
Name changes must be communicated in written form to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International until 20 October 2018. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Name changes incur an administrative fee of EUR 50 VAT included per registration.
Cancellations must be communicated in written form to the Organizing Secretariat AIM Group International. Please email email@example.com. The registration fee will be refunded deducting an administrative fee of 30% of the paid amount until 20 October 2018.
After 20 October 2018 there will be no refund whatsoever.
The refund, if due, will be issued within 60 days from the end of the Congress.
